Roto Blast Internal Pipe Cleaning Tool

Our rotoblast tool blast cleans the internal diameter of pipes from 51 mm to 91 mm and up to 12 M in length, removing stubborn rust, carbon, mill scale, old paint, etc., to get a virgin metal surface which is ideal for further coating. Push the tool through the length of the pipe to the opposite end and start the blasting process while withdrawing the tool at the speed necessary to obtain the desired degree of cleaning.

No rotation of pipes is required. Our machine is easy to operate; just select the proper tool and couple it with the blast hose of a P-7 Abrasive Blasting Machine. A rotoblast tool has a rotating head mechanism that rotates while propelling abrasive. The rotating head is fitted with two tungsten carbide lined nozzles to suit pipe size, compressed air availability and pipe condition. It has high productivity and can treat medium and large pipes. A set of adjustable centering carriages is supplied along with a tool to treat pipe IDs of 165mm to 914mm.

Roto Blast high-performance tool for rotating and blasting the internal surfaces of pipes. It is a device used for cleaning the interior of pipes. It works by attaching to an abrasive blasting machine and feeding abrasive material through nozzles that rotate inside the pipe. The abrasive material cleans the pipe by removing rust, scale, and other debris.
