Helmet Air-Conditioner
The helmet air conditioner is specifically designed to circulate cool air through the helmet to keep the operator comfortable. The temperature is controlled by changing the control value.
Air Breather
Our Helmet Air Breather separates moisture, oil, dust particles, and harmful gases from the air supply line and provides purified air to the helmet. Our specially designed model can remove oil mists, water vapour, and particulates up to 0.5 microns from breathing air. Moisture is separated from expansion in the outer chamber and drains through a petcock at the bottom. The air is then forced through a filter cartridge. The outer pressure of breathing air in the helmet is regulated with the pressure gauge and pressure regulator.
Air-fed Blasting Helmet
The Air-fed Abrasive Blasting Helmet is designed to protect the operator from the hazards of abrasive blasting. It is made to maximise safety, reduce downtime for operators, and boost output and production. The Air-fed Blasting Helmet also prevents small dust particles to enter the helmet which can bypass the lungs and enter the respiratory system causing more harm to one's body.
Operator Suit
Our operator suits are specially designed to provide safety against the impact of flying abrasive media. They have a long life and good corrosion resistance. The one piece, protective gear suit should be worn by the operator while sandblasting any material or surface. When worn, the operator is completely covered and protected from flying abrasive material. This operator's safety precautions are more stringent, as abrasives cannot now touch their skin and physically hurt them. An operator suit, and sandblasting-specific equipment should be worn to provide the necessary level of protection throughout every sandblasting operation. Everyone in the vicinity, not just the operator working over there, should wear all required safety gear. When cleaning any surface, dust particles remain dangerous to health, and all safety clothes should be worn.
Rubber Hand Gloves
Our Rubber Hand Gloves offer exceptional protection for the hands and prevent damage from high-flying abrasive material and static charges, if any. To prevent flying abrasive particles and static charges from damaging the skin, the operator should wear gloves designed specifically for the sandblasting process. Sandblasting hand gloves are lengthy, creating a continuous barrier that prevents dust from entering clothing openings.
Safety Shoes/ Gum Boots
The gumboots are made of rubber and are worn by the operator during the sandblasting process to safeguard them from abrasive media, machinery, and other potential hazards. Safety shoes should be worn at all times to protect the feet from dust particles and impacts from equipment or other materials that may be dropped on them. These gumboots are specifically made to give a firm grip for the operator during the sandblasting process and help limit the possibility of mishaps. To avoid particles coming into contact with the operator's skin or having an accident due to sliding, never wear standard shoes during sandblasting.
During industrial applications safety of workers is important and we are making that accessible by providing Safety Wear. it is a comprehensive range of protective gear designed to keep workers safe during abrasive blasting operations.
